Xenical 120mg Capsules contain orlistat, a powerful lipase inhibitor that helps treat obesity and overweight conditions. Designed to complement a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet, Xenical works by blocking fat absorption in the gut.

It is prescribed to adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or 28 and above in the presence of weight-related comorbidities such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or hyperlipidaemia. Xenical is part of a structured weight loss programme supervised by a doctor or healthcare provider.

How It Works

Xenical works locally in the gut by inhibiting gastric and pancreatic lipase, the enzymes that break down dietary fat. Approximately one-third of the fat consumed in a meal is blocked from absorption and excreted undigested in the stool.

As the unabsorbed fat exits the body, the overall calorie intake is reduced, which supports gradual and sustainable weight loss. Xenical does not act on the brain or suppress appetite, making it suitable for those seeking a non-stimulant-based weight loss solution.

Why Choose Xenical

Clinically proven to promote weight loss

Targets dietary fat absorption rather than altering appetite

Helps lower cholesterol and improve glycaemic control

Suitable for long-term use under medical supervision

Can reduce the risk of weight-related complications

With consistent use, many patients lose 5% or more of their initial body weight within the first 3 months, particularly when accompanied by proper lifestyle changes.

Important Note

Patients using Xenical should adhere to a low-fat diet to avoid gastrointestinal side effects such as oily stools, flatulence, and urgency. Take a multivitamin supplement daily, at least 2 hours before or after the dose, to replace fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).

Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Consult your doctor before combining Xenical with other weight loss treatments or diabetic medications.
