Last updated: 17 September 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or purchasing medicines, healthcare products, or related products from us as a consumer.

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or purchase any products.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers for personal use. Products purchased through this website must not be purchased for unauthorised resale, wholesale distribution, or other commercial purposes.

1. Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or purchase products through this website.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order, completing any consultation, or communicating with us.
  • You must not provide false or misleading medical, personal, payment, or other information.
  • You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose, including attempting to obtain medicines without meeting the applicable legal, professional, or clinical requirements.
  • You must not deliberately withhold relevant information where that information may affect whether a medicine can be safely or lawfully supplied.
  • Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use and must not be purchased for unauthorised resale or redistribution.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or restrict service, suspend accounts, apply reasonable quantity limits, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary because of suspected misuse, fraud, patient safety concerns, legal requirements, or non-compliance with applicable medicines legislation, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.

2. Professional and Regulatory Compliance

  • This pharmacy service operates in accordance with applicable UK medicines legislation and the standards and guidance of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), including applicable standards for registered pharmacies and pharmacy professionals.
  • Where pharmacy services are provided at a distance or online, they are provided in accordance with applicable GPhC standards and guidance relating to pharmacy services provided at a distance.
  • Medicines are sourced through appropriate authorised UK supply chains and are stored, handled, dispensed, and supplied in accordance with applicable legal and professional requirements.
  • Medicines are dispensed or supplied by, or under the appropriate responsibility or supervision of, suitably qualified pharmacy professionals in accordance with applicable law.
  • Clinical and professional decisions relating to prescription-only medicines (POMs), pharmacy medicines (P medicines), and general sale list medicines (GSL medicines) are made in accordance with applicable UK legal, clinical, and professional requirements.
  • Completing an order, consultation, or payment does not guarantee that a medicine will be supplied.
  • We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to ensure the safe and lawful supply of medicines.
  • A pharmacist, prescriber, or other appropriate healthcare professional may decline the supply of a medicine where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful to supply it.

3. Product Information

  • We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information displayed on this website are accurate and up to date.
  • Product packaging, appearance, branding, or presentation may occasionally differ from images shown on the website, including where a manufacturer changes its packaging.
  • You should always read the product label, patient information leaflet, instructions, warnings, and other information supplied with a medicine or healthcare product before using it.
  • Prices and product availability may change from time to time.
  • If we discover an obvious pricing, description, or availability error affecting your order, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.
  • Availability of a medicine on this website does not guarantee that it will be clinically appropriate for you or that it will be supplied.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

4. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order subject to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable professional, clinical, legal, availability, and payment checks.
  • An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or that a medicine has been approved for supply.
  • All orders remain subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation, applicable quantity restrictions, and any professional, legal, or clinical checks required before supply.
  • Prescription-only medicines will only be supplied where there is a lawful basis for supply, including a valid prescription or other legally permitted mechanism where applicable.
  • Pharmacy medicines may require additional questions or approval from a pharmacist or pharmacy professional before they can be supplied.
  • We may decline or cancel all or part of an order where we are unable to safely or lawfully supply a product, where a product is unavailable, where payment cannot be authorised, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised resale.
  • Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
  • Payment may be authorised or collected before all professional or clinical checks have been completed. Taking payment does not guarantee that a medicine will be supplied.
  • If payment has been taken for a product that we are subsequently unable to supply, any amount due to you will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Please refer to our Delivery Policy for information on available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and delivery costs.
  • We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided and within any period required by applicable consumer law.
  • Delivery dates and times are estimates unless a specific delivery deadline has expressly been agreed with you.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any delivery, cancellation, refund, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
  • Medicines will only be shipped using delivery methods considered appropriate for maintaining product integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Certain medicines may require additional delivery safeguards, including specialist packaging, temperature controls, tracking, age verification, or signature on delivery.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
  • Where applicable, risk in the products will normally pass to you when the products are delivered into your physical possession or to another person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy for detailed information about cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Consumers purchasing eligible products online may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • For eligible distance-sale goods, consumers will generally have 14 days after receiving the goods in which to notify the seller that they wish to cancel, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
  • Different rules and exceptions may apply to medicines and certain healthcare products. In particular, statutory cancellation rights may not apply to medicinal products supplied under a prescription or directions from a prescriber.
  • Cancellation or return rights may also be restricted for certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, and in other circumstances permitted by law.
  • Medicines are subject to strict safety controls. Once a medicine has left the controlled pharmacy supply chain, it may not be possible for it to be returned to stock or supplied to another patient.
  • Please contact us before attempting to return any medicine. Do not send unwanted medicines through the post unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
  • Restrictions applying to change-of-mind returns do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
  • Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
  • This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the relevant contract was formed.
  • Products supplied under these consumer Terms and Conditions are intended for private and personal use. We are not responsible under these consumer Terms for business losses resulting from the unauthorised commercial or resale use of products purchased as a consumer, where permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you because of where you live.
  • If you are a consumer living in England or Wales, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
